Overview

There are a number of custom responses available that allow you to configure how the AI responds under specific circumstances. This helps ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment. You can adjust these settings from the Reponses tab under Integraton settings.

Greeting Response

When the user says “Hi”, “Hello” or a similar non-question greeting, you can use this option to configure how the AI responds.

Support Contact Information

This is automatically appended to greetings and off-topic responses.

Off-Topic Response

This response is given when the user asks a question that isn’t related to the documentation, or is rude or hostile.

Unknown Information Response

SwiftQuery is trained only to answer from the context supplied to it- i.e. the documentation present in your domain. If it is unable to answer the question being asked, or it is unsure, this response is given. This helps ensure the AI does not give inaccurate or misleading answers.
