Overview

Integrations are how you embed SwiftQuery into your website. We support two types of Integration:
  • Chatbot (A pop-up chat box triggered by a button in the bottom right corner of your website)
  • Dialog (A full page dialog box triggered by a link of your choosing).
You embed each integration using a javascript snippet that we supply.

Adding Integrations

The New Domain wizard will prompt you to add an integration. This is optional.
To add a new Integration, browse to the Integrations page and click Add Integration. You’ll be prompted to choose a domain, style and name. Once created, you can customise your integration by clicking Settings.

Enabling or disabling an Integration

Use the Status toggle to enable or disable an integration. When a widget is disabled it will not appear on your website, or not open when clicked.
