How does it work?
- SwiftQuery crawls your domain using it’s sitemap, or a bulk-uploaded list of URLs.
- You then embed one of our powerful widgets into your website- either as a pop-up chatbot or a full-page dialog.
- Users ask questions! Every query is logged, and users can rate your answers as positive or negative.

- Smart crawling. We crawl your website based on your sitemap
lastmod time, so we only crawl changed contents. This speeds up recrawls dramatically.
- Customisable integrations. Change your prompt behaviour and inject custom instructions into your widget, to control how the AI responds.
- Feedback system. Users can rate each chat Positive or Negative. Redirect users with Negative-rated answers to a human or email contact.
