Setting up SwiftQuery takes a few minutes, zero technical knowledge required.

Add a Domain

Browse to Domains and click Add Domain. Follow the prompts on screen to add URLs to your crawl.See Discovering URLs for information on how we map your site’s pages.
Ensure your site has a sitemap correctly configured.

Start Crawling

Once SwiftQuery has discovered your sitemap URLs, you can start a crawl to retrieve content.You can also configure crawler settings including:
  • Automatic recrawls
  • Excluded URLs
  • Manual crawling

Create an Integration

Finally, set up an integration and use the embedding code to insert the widget into your site.We support two widget types:
  • Chatbot (A pop-up chat box triggered by a button in the bottom right corner of your website)
  • Dialog (A full page dialog box triggered by a link of your choosing).
You can preview your Integration before it goes live, and configure it to your user’s needs.
